Friends of Castle Green Annual General Meeting
Our AGM will be held on Thursday 21st November at 7.30pm at The Pavilion, Castle Green, followed by a light supper provided by the Friends – bring a bottle. Any member who wishes to stand for election to the Board of Directors should notify the FoCG Secretary at the Pavilion, Castle Green, Hereford HR1 2NW in writing with the signatures of a proposer and seconder, both of whom should also be members, by 14th November 2019. Please also let us know of any item you would like included under Any Other Business by the same date.
Sunday 20th October: Volunteer Gardening Event. Meet at Pavilion at 10am, bring tools. Lunch provided
Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th November: Volunteer Pavilion tidy up day. With our focus on smartening up the Pavilion and making it more appealing for use by the community, we will be holding a couple of tidy up days on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th November, from 10am to 3pm.
Any help would be much appreciated and will be rewarded with a light lunch. There is no pressure to stay for the whole day, but if you can spare a couple of hours to help we would be most grateful. There is plenty to do, from cleaning up the outside of the building to removing some of the unwanted furniture, window cleaning, interior deep cleaning and general de-cluttering.
Please come and help if you can, many hands make light work!
