6th May - ‘Go Walkies’ Guide Dogs for the Blind event

2nd June - 12 noon to 8.00pm

Midsummer Fayre, opening day of the four day Jubilee celebration holiday weekend. Large marquee, craft market and produce stalls, the Friends Cafe and a wide choice of freshly cooked food, bouncy castle & roundabout, full programme throughout the day including:

- Shooting Stars Circus
- Punch & Judy
- Dalloway Dancers
- Fancy Dress competition
- ‘glitter & glue’
- Music including Hereford Big Band and Bandemonium

30th June - ‘Glow’ - the Grand Finale of HR1 - 2 Faced Dance Company, a Cultural Olympiad Event

11th July - Diamond Day. Lady Darnley hosts the event on Bishops Meadow

14th July - Historical Hereford Day - full programme of events in High Town and on Castle Green. Community Youth Games on Bishops Meadow.

20th July - ‘Private Lives’ - a Heartbreak Theatre production on Castle Green

21st July - Opening Concert of the Three Choirs Festival - Hereford Cathedral

22nd July - ‘Wizards & Cloisters’ Picnic on the Green
